ACCRINGTON Stanley make the trip to Frickley Athletic tomorrow hoping to put last week's FA Cup defeat behind them.

The Reds were defeated 5-2 at Bedlington Terriers but boss John Coleman says the best thing to do is forget the loss.

"That's gone now and we have to bounce back tomorrow," said the Stanley chief. "We were never going to win the FA Cup although we would have liked a run."

Stanley are currently fourth in the UniBond League, with games in hand on the teams in second and third place while Emley are running away with the league.

The Reds have lost one of their last five league games and are unbeaten in three.

Frickley though are struggling, second from bottom with just one win from their opening 14 games and have conceded 39 goals.

Stanley striker Paul Mullin is currently on a roll with six goals in the last four games and he will be looking to add to his eight goal tally this season. Twelve Reds players so far this season have found the target.

ACCRINGTON Stanley chairman Eric Whalley will open a new football coaching course at Hyndburn Sports Centre tomorrow.

The course, which runs until Christmas, starts at 10.30am until noon.

Course coach Purvis Ali is hoping to attract kids from ethnic minorities but says everyone is welcome. For more information ring Purvis on 07931 756 248.
