ON behalf of the Blackburn Fellowship for the Hard of Hearing, we would like to say a big thank-you to the Blackburn Lions who, at the County Hotel, presented many representatives of local and national charities with donations to help with their good works.
Once again the Lions did us proud with their donations and the supper was enjoyed by all.
Blackburn Lions work hard all the year round to raise money for the people of Blackburn, not just at their annual gala but at many other functions, and they also give practical help where possible.
On behalf of all the members of our club and of all the other people who were on the receiving end, thank you Blackburn Lions.
