YOUNGSTERS are promised a happy Hallowe'en after members of Blackburn Residents' Association organised a party to celebrate the event.
The Association of Residents of Cicely will be holding the fancy dress party and karaoke disco at the Waterside Social Club, Audley Range, from 6pm to 9pm tonight.
The evening, for families living in property owned by Salford-based housing association Space, will include a competition for the best costume, as well as supper.
