MARGARET and William Whitfield from Marshalls Cross were the lucky first prize winners in St Helens Council's annual draw for the early return of Electoral Registration forms. The couple were presented with their prize of a portable television by deputy leader of the council, Councillor John Fletcher and John Welsh, of the Electoral Registration Office.
