STAFF at the Co-op Village Store on Warrington Road, Rainhill, are organising a social night on Saturday, February 10 at the Sidac Social Club in Sutton, in aid of the children's charity, 'When You Wish Upon A Star'.
The event has been organised by the store manager, Bernie Walsh as part of the Co-op's efforts to raise £100,000 for the charity which aims to grant wishes to youngsters suffering from terminal or life-threatening illnesses.
Entertainment will be provided by local TV funnyman, Johnny Vegas and The Disco Divas drag act, Missy B and Double D. There will also be a prize raffle.
