HOPPERS picked themselves up after a disappointing start of the game to come away with a win -- inflicting Wilmslow's first straight defeat of the season.
Winger Adam Stubbs had a fine second half and reacted well to Darren Bell's excellent up-and-under kick.
Right from the first whistle, Chris Brooks and hooker Peter Duckworth linked up well to set Hoppers off on a gritty performance.
