REGARDING the gritting of the roads during the recent bad weather, I also fell, fracturing my arm, in the Cathedral grounds, which had not been gritted. As a result, my arm could be in plaster for up to eight weeks.
I think the comments in the paper were not strong enough. Not only did we not get our streets gritted, but we also had no rubbish removed over Christmas because of the weather.
They must be slipping all over the place.
