A drunken man who challenged people to fight was bound over in £100 to keep the peace for 12 months by Blackburn magistrates when he admitted breach of the peace.
Silvia Dacre, prosecuting, said police called to an early morning disturbance at a taxi office they found a large number of people shouting and swearing and pushing.
Steven Douglas Quigley, 18, of Greenhead Avenue, Blackburn, was clearly drunk, shouting and challenging people to fight.
