I WOULD like to make people aware of a local charity called PUP (Prevent Unwanted Pets).
The charity provides help for people on low incomes to cover the cost of neutering cats and dogs. This reduces cruelty towards unwanted pets, many of which now find themselves homeless. PUP can be contacted on 0161-763-4728.
