POLICE are urging people to be on their guard following a spate of burglaries.
The first incident occurred in the early hours of Saturday, March 3, when a set of car keys were taken from a house in Derwent Close, Rainhill, and used to steal a Vauxhall Corsa valued at £7,500.
The second incident took place in the early hours of Friday, March 2, when a set of car keys were removed from a house in Heathfield Avenue, Sutton Heath, and used to steal a Vauxhall Tigra.
