The danger men to look-out for in tonight's clash at North End.

DAVID Healy has proved a bargain buy, even though he's Preston's record signing at £1.5m from Manchester United. The Northern Ireland international signed at the end of December and has formed a dream team with Jon Macken, scoring seven goals so far.

SEASON SO FAR

A great start was followed by an indifferent spell going into the new year with five successive defeats. However, North End have picked up again with seven wins in the last ten games to move into the play-off places.

TOP SCORER: Jon Macken is the main man with 17 goals so far this season. The former Manchester United trainee recently signed a new contract as Premier clubs began sniffing round the Deepdale star. Usually a goal poacher but does also score the spectacular goals as well.

ONE TO WATCH

SEAN Gregan. The North End skipper is back to fitness following a knee operation which sidelined him for six games in February. Been used in midfield and defence this season and recently scored a wonder goal from the halfway line against Norwich.

MANAGER

David Moyes, 37, has transformed North End from a side struggling in the lower end of the Second Division to a team of Premiership hopefuls in just over three seasons. A hot property, highly rated for his tactical know-how. Said to have coaching badges coming out of his ears.

REDICTED LINE-UP

Moyes does like to use three strikers at times and Jon Macken, David Healy and on-loan Richard Cresswell could start together for the first time as a new-look three-pronged attack.

DID YOU KNOW?

It was at least third time lucky when Moyes signed Richard Cresswell on loan in March. The Preston boss had been chasing him for years, from York to Sheffield Wednesday and finally getting his man from Leicester City until the end of the season.
