EAST Lancashire bosses have been urged to improve management skills and communicate better with their workers.
The advice comes from recruitment consultancy Office Angels following a national survey. Research also found that training should be available to all employees.
"Employers who take a flexible approach to training will undoubtedly get the best from their staff," said spokesman Paul Jacobs.
