A PERFORMANCE of Easter music will be given at St Peter's Church, Hindley, on Good Friday. Wigan Choral Society will present The Crucifixion by John Stainer at 7.30pm.
Artists taking part are tenor Gary Davis and baritone Kenneth Rees with director Ann Gordon and accompanist Richard Lea, organist at Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral.
Admission is free with a retiring collection in aid of Wigan and Leigh Hospice.
