A QUIZ night organised by Leigh Lions Club last month at the Conservative Club in Railway Road was such a success that another one is due to be set up this month. Culcheth Lions Club are busy organising an Easter egg raffle and are already recruiting craft workers who would like a stall at their Victorian Day on Saturday November 24. Birchwood Lions Club rounded-off their winter events with a bonfire and firework display at Forest Park which was well attended. Anyone wanting to book a craft stall is urged to contact Margaret Lewis on 01942 609749.
