A WOMAN told fire crews she had to jump from the window of her first floor flat after arsonists set fire to the flat below.
Fire crews were called in Lincoln Close, Blackburn, at 7.45pm yesterday after a ground-floor flat was set alight.
Nobody was in the flat at the time but two people were in the flat above.
Fire crews are now investigating the blaze.
