THE Samaritans are looking for kind-hearted volunteers to join their group.
Members of the 24-hour listening group find time within their hectic lives to take on the demanding but rewarding role of listening to people who are passing through a crisis and sharing their troubles.
They need people to train as volunteers to help them carry on their vital work.
Qualifications are not needed, just an open mind and a non-judgmental approach to life.

Dates for the next sessions are Tuesday April 10, 8pm and Sunday April 29, 10.30am.
Each session lasts one to two hours, there will be a demonstration video and volunteers will be available to answer any questions.
