THE Annual Hospice Garden Party and Plant Sale will once again be organised by Barrowford's green fingered John Whitford and Brenda Ellis with plants on sale at their home, 5, Appleby Drive, from Good Friday.
Some of the plants available include perennials, geraniums, herbs, hanging basket fillers and tomato plants and they are all sold at discount prices with all proceeds going to hospice care for Burnley and Pendle.
During the past three years, the sale has been held at the hospice but originated with John selling plants from home.
The Annual Plant Sale will still take place at the hospice, in Reedley, on Saturday, May 19 but anyone wishing to start buying earlier can do so at John and Brenda's home.
