RECENTLY, I took a walk with a friend and his young grandchild and we passed a lovely cottage.
The owner was busy tending her garden when my friend's grandchild shouted: "Look at that big cockroach next to that lady!"
The lady jumped to one side quickly and then had to laugh when she realised the little girl had just seen her cockerel pecking besides her.
