WHY can't we have two of the mounted police patrolling the Fishmoor estate, Blackburn, going round Whitehall Park, in Darwen, because the kids are running riot after dark?
On Whit Sunday morning there was glass smashed all over the children's playground and plants were strewn all around.
We are going to finish up as another Fishmoor as policing in Whitehall has become very poor.
