A LEIGH resident, sickened by gangs of yobs who go around causing unrest on estates, wants to see conscription brought back.
He feels that square bashing from dawn to dusk might cause them the same misery they inflict on other people. Too right, but I'll bet they'd be too cowardly to take it.
