He said: "I will have to go for Anna Kournikova. She's drop dead gorgeous and I love her short white skirts. It's a pity she had to pull out of Wimbledon."

Blackburn pensioner, 79, Dorothy Briggs wanted to bump into a certain butcher: "I like that Fred Elliot from Coronation Street for his prize winning bangers! I used to like Mike Baldwin, but I went off him when he married that young girl."
