THE 'No Vacancies' sign is up at a Lancashire inn even before the rooms have been opened to the public.
With R and B Festival fever hitting Colne the new guest rooms in the recently refurbished Commercial Hotel on Skipton Road are fully booked.
The Thwaites house re-opened earlier this month after a 12-month refit but work on the rooms is still ongoing.
Even so, licensee Pat Sharkey has been inundated with requests from music fans heading to Colne later this month.
Pat said: "Demand has been incredible, as soon as people found out that we had guest rooms to let the phone was red hot.
"We will be working round the clock to make sure they are ready in time."
