CONNOR Doyle, 18, of Whitehaven Close, Blackburn, was given a conditional discharge for six months and ordered to pay £35 costs by Blackburn magistrates after pleading guilty to using threatening behaviour.
Wendy Shackleton, prosecuting, said a man called Justin Duckworth had been drinking outside the Toll Bar pub in Accrington Road, Blackburn, when Doyle had shouted him over to "sort things out."
Mr Duckworth said they had nothing to sort out and went inside the pub but Doyle continued to shout threats.
Doyle said he had spoken to Mr Duckworth since and there was no problem between them.
