GRAEME SOUNESS and Garry Flitcroft helped Co-operative Insurance Society (CIS) make a 'Rovers return' today with the announcement of the company's sponsorship of the former WalkerSteel Stand at Blackburn Rovers' Ewood Park Stadium.
Team manager Souness was on hand to help launch the deal that gives former Rovers' shirt sponsor CIS, branded signage and perimeter boards as well as naming rights.
"We are absolutely delighted to be able to lend our support to Blackburn Rovers again" said Martin Clarke, CIS's general manager (marketing).
"The club is close to the heart of many of our customers and employees in the area and we are proud to be able to mark its return to the Premiership in this way."
The CIS stand runs along the east side of the pitch and accommodates over 5,200 home fans.
