A MAN and a woman appeared in Preston Magistrates' Court after being arrested by police following the murder of a man in Preston on Saturday, August 18.
Police were called to West Cliff Terrace in Ashton at around 8.40pm, and found a 39-year-old man lying badly injured in a car park.
The man, who has not been named, was taken to the Royal Preston Hospital, suffering from injuries to his stomach. He died later the same day.
One of the accused has been charged with murder and the other has been charged with affray, in Court on Monday.
