WELL said, Eric Leaver (LET, August 22). His article on multi-storey flats was spot on. It was not the flats but bad tenants that were the problem, as we have been telling those "deaf" people for years, but they did nothing.
They should hang their heads in shame for the money they spent on these flats only for them to be destroyed through lack of control.
