A LANCASHIRE budgie breeder -- described as one of the world's best was reported to the national Budgerigar Society for allegedly tampering with the tall feathers of a prize winner. Terry Pilkington, of Leyland claimed there was a campaign of jealousy against him because he had been so successful.
