A WOMAN needed hospital treatment after a fire at her Bury home over the weekend.
The 48-year-old was given oxygen by firefighters who were called to her house in Scholes Street at 6.30pm on Saturday (Oct 13).
Flames caused severe damage to the kitchen of the property while other rooms suffered from smoke damage.
The cause of the blaze is unknown and is being investigated by fire officers.
