ANTI-NOISE protesters won a landmark victory in the European Court of Human Rights despite the scathing, dissenting judgement by the only British judge on the panel.

He reportedly stated that the residents concerned "could easily move". This man's crass pomposity is beyond belief. If they could not stand to live in their homes because of the noise, how would they be able to find purchasers willing to endure it?

This an excellent example of the Cloud Cuckoo land that judges live in.
