THE Goldline Trophy quarter-finals got off to the worst possible start when the fixture between Hindsford ad Atherton Town was postponed.
Overnight rain waterlogged the Atherton Collieries' pitch and the referee was forced to call the game off. No new date for the tie has yet been decided.
The same ground will now stage the fixture between Charnock Richard and Eagley next Tuesday, the opening game of the knockout phase.
