COULD you imagine owning your own home - with no mortgage to pay?
A TV production company is looking for Lancaster people willing to take part in a Channel 5 game show which could see them walking away with their own new house.
Hot Property, to be filmed in the city next month, will see first time buyers shown three homes and use their skill and judgement to guess the selling price OF their favourite.
If their estimate is correct to within £500, they win the house.
Series producer, Andrew Harrison, said: "It sounds tough to do but in the last series of Hot Property we gave away homes to two lucky couples.
This is Britain's only bricks and mortar gameshow."
Production company World of Wonder are also looking for people selling their home as well as contestants.
