The armoury section has a lovely profile of a basket-hilted broadsword and, you can even see these weapons in action, check out the sword-swooshing, shield-smashing video clips.
They look a fearsome bunch with their swords, axes and maces, but the site also shows how people lived during the days of the Clanns.
