STAFF and students at Wigan and Leigh College are celebrating a Centre of Excellence award from Ttento -- the Travel, Tourism Services and Events National training Organisation. It is the only college in the north west to receive the accolade.
Head of faculty for travel and tourism, Brian Dean, said: "This award confirms the college's commitment, expertise and innovation in the area of travel and tourism education and training."
