A CONFIDENTIAL hotline for people in Leigh and Atherton to talk about loan sharks aims to help borrowers get out of debt.
Wigan Council is asking its residents to reveal their personal experiences of dealing with loan sharks and similar creditors. It is part of an investigation into the activities of 'debt management' companies. The hotline is on 01942 828848.
