PRESTON went into the lead from the start. Good pitching from Anthony Warwick (5 innings, 9 strikes outs) and Tyler Mattler (2 innings, 5 strike outs) kept Halton's score down.

AGAIN Preston went into the lead from the start. James Leckey and Jesse Delange made two brilliant outfield catches before Lars Kristensen made a dive stop to his left and threw straight to first base to make the final out.
Both Preston teams have won all four games which puts them top of their leagues.
