ON Friday, I attended an open day at the Radcliffe and Whitefield 1005 Squadron Air Training Corps to celebrate their 60th birthday.
Having had no previous contact with this group of young people, I was nevertheless very impressed by their good manners, smart dress and obvious enthusiasm. So let's not tar all the youth of today with the same brush! Well done to all the squadron.
