IT was a real Big One of a day for the Lady Taverners' annual trip to Blackpool Pleasure Beach on Saturday.
Some 350 under-privileged children and their carers were treated to a day out on the fun park before Lady Taverners national president and former England ladies cricket captain Rachel Heyhoe Flint presented three new minibuses to representatives from Liverpool Mencap, Stockdale School, Sale, and Turview School, Haslingden.
