FOOD safety for barbecues is the subject of environmental health roadshows taking place in the Ribble Valley tomorrow.
The roadshow will be at Brendan Anderton Butchers in Derby Road, Longridge, from 10am to noon, and Fairfield Farm, Clayton-le-Dale, from 2 to 4pm. The roadshow is being run by the Ribble Valley Council's Environmental Health Department.
