MORECAMBE promenade hosts the 10th annual 'Keep on Ticking' family fun run on Sunday.
The run starts at 11am from the rear of the Midland Hotel and follows a flat, fast course of approximately 5km.
Individual entry is £2.50 (50p extra on the day) while family and corporate challenge entries cost £8 for a team of four.
The first 200 runners receive T-shirts while the rest receive medals.
All get a certificate.
