IN the obituary for Mr Harry Nicholson, former deputy chairman of Leigh Local History Society, published in last week's Journal, it was stated "he leaves a wife, Irene and daughter Barbara".
Mr Nicholson's first wife Irene died in 1985 and from 1996 he spent six happy years with his second wife, Yvonne.
