CRAFTY folk from Cleveleys and Thornton are invited to take part in a series of mosaic workshops at Great Eccleston village centre, starting Saturday, October 19, 10am-noon.
Adults and children over seven can help design two 34ft wall mosaics based on a seascape theme and learn how to make them.
The project will be led by artist Lucy Wilson and mosaic artist Barry Jones. Admission free for children and £1 for adults.
The centre is also hosting a five week mosaic and glass painting course from October 22, costing £25. For more details telephone Lisa or Lynne on 01995 672292.
