WITH the millions of pounds now being collected from motorists exceeding speed limits by two mph, surely the Lancashire Partnership for Road Safety and their associated panels in other countries could use some of the money to finance an educational blitz for pedestrians on TV!
How about advertising clips on TV for pedestrians' responsibilities -- because, after all is said and done, they cause or are involved in the majority of road accidents in England/Wales.
