BURNLEY Borough Council have cut back the overgrown ivy near the public toilet thereby making the pathway much safer for pedestrians. The Parish Clerk is to write to the resident on Annarley Fold whose tree overhangs Brownside Road asking them to cut it back a little as the overhanging branches are causing a hazard to pedestrians.
