WITH reference to motorway madness of putting Blackburn on the sign for a service area which actually is in Darwen, why can't the Highways Agency accept they made a mistake and rectify it instead of hinting people are dim-witted?
That's how it reads to me. By the way do the highways department know we have a tower in Darwen?
