LAST week, the children of St Mary's Primary School, Mellor, performed a Christmas show. The production was a joy to watch. The hard work and commitment put in by all the children was wonderful to see.
My granddaughter was one of the pupils and she thoroughly enjoyed being involved. Thanks must go to the staff at St Mary's for their time and efforts spent with the children.
In these days of a lot of doom and gloom and depressing news, it was wonderful to see such happy well-disciplined children enjoying their efforts and looking forward to Christmas. Well done, St Mary's and all concerned.
