ROSSENDALE Citizens Advice Bureau is looking at ways of improving the services it offers to people of the borough.
The group, which provides advice on a range of issues including credit and legal problems, wants to hear the views of those who have used the service.
At the moment the CAB operates a drop-in service in Rochdale Road, Bacup, and Burgess Street, Haslingden, as well as a call centre in Rawtenstall.
Suggestions for improving the service include: a new upgraded dedicated telephone service; an evening drop-in centre, a single centre with more specialist services; more home visits and setting up a dedicated e-mail service.
The centre is also looking for more volunteers to advise members of the public.
The Rossendale Citizens Advice Bureau can be contacted on 01706 873367.
