BURNLEY Football Club's plans to develop Turf Moor and Gawthorpe are on hold following the collapse of ITV Digitial.
"We have wanted to develop the training ground at Gawthorpe, the Jimmy McIlroy void, refurbish the Bob Lord Stand and also redevelop the Cricket Field Stand," chief executive Andrew Watson told the club's annual general meeting.
"They will all have to wait and our infrastructure plans are on hold.
"We have had to cut costs, take a holiday from capital repayments, the chairman has loaned £1million with the directors guaranteeing another £1million, at the same time as taking out commercial loans.
"But there is nothing to be too depressed about because the accounts for last year show a dramatic growth in turnover to record levels.
"That will obviously change following the collapse of ITV Digital because last year television money made up 39 per cent of turnover, next year it will be down to eight per cent."
