PADIHAM slipped to a third successive defeat when they lost 3-1 away to Holker in Division Two of the North West Counties Football League.
The dismissal of Carl Parker after only seven minutes and the subsequent award of a penalty which Paul Southward converted, meant the Storks were up against it right from the start.
Darren Forrest gave the 10-man Padiham side some hope with an equaliser after 22 minutes, but they allowed Holker to retake the lead when Southward headed in his second of the game.
In the second half indecisive defending let in Graeme Foster to head in Holker's third.
