IN Division One Ramsbottom won 3-2 at home to Glossop NE. The Rams fell behind in the second minute when Sherlock netted at the back post following a corner.
Four minutes later an horrific tackle on the Rams' Mark Brown resulted in the player being carried from the field. He was replaced by Colin Bulwich who was to have his best game since he came to the club.
The Rams grabbed an equaliser through Bulwich on 36 minutes and took the lead four minutes later when Fielding scored.
On 53 minutes Glossop grabbed an equaliser when Bovis headed in,but in the 92nd minute the Rams got their reward when Glyn Barker nipped in to head the winner.
