A RETROSPECTIVE planning application for a wooden stable which has gone up at Windlefield Farm Barn, Birch Hall Lane, without permission will be considered by West Craven councillors next week.
A complaint was received by Pendle Council about unauthorised work on a garden extension at Windlefield Farm House and when it was investigated, the owner put in a planning application which was granted.
While this was being investigated it was brought to the council's attention that next door Windlefield Farm Barn had built a large wooden stable for a horse in a nearby field.
